Collaboration Agreement
Get Bow'd Up would like the Influencer’s assistance in promoting / offering / selling the Advertiser’s products via their social media accounts. Get Bow'd Up hereby appoints the Influencer as its representative on a non-exclusive, non-employee basis to endorse and promote its services to the target audience.
To be considered for a collaboration, Influencer must have at least 15k followers.
Get Bow'd Up will send you product of our choice, free of charge to be used in video and picture.
In exchange, The Influencer will deliver one Tik Tok Video, tagging Get Bow'd Up, and one clear picture to be used by us, within five days of receiving product.
By sending picture/video, you give Get Bow'd Up the right to use video and picture however we would like.
Failure to comply with this contract will result in dismissal of your services and you will never be considered for promoting our brand again.
